JPMorgan Chase in Columbus is seeking an Agility Associate to support Digital Product Portfolio Management. You will apply agile principles to facilitate delivery, drive continuous improvement, and enable collaboration across Technology, Product, and Operations teams.

You will use Jira, Excel, and analytics to track progress and produce actionable insights. You will translate technical details into business language, manage multiple priorities, and mentor teams on agile practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Agile, delivery, technology, product, operations, or project support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Proficiency in Jira, including queries, tracking, and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Guide and support teams through the product development lifecycle using agile principles to enable timely delivery and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and coordinate with cross‑functional partners to remove blockers and manage risks.
• Provide training and mentorship on agile practices and documentation.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating delivery health and improvements.
• Translate technical information into business language for stakeholders and partners.
