Job summary

Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will collaborate with clients to understand requirements and assist Product Owners with backlog management.

You will organize sprint backlogs, validate stories, and help define releases, communicating status to customers and leading one or more teams. Onsite in the DC area is a plus; Public Trust clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in a Federal work environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into user stories and lifecycle documentation.
• Manage and organize the backlog and ensure stories are ready for sprint planning.
• Lead sprint backlog organization and validate stories throughout a sprint to meet Product Owners' expectations.
• Define and communicate product releases to customers and manage expectations.
