The ideal candidate combines leadership with technical literacy in Agile, software development, and SDLC processes, and thrives in collaborative, ambiguity‑tolerant environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and delivering complex tech projects throughout the SDLC.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and coaching delivery teams.
• Strong client relationships and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, aligning client needs and outcomes.
• Coordinate work across engineering, architecture, UX, QA, DevOps, data, and product teams.
• Serve as Agile expert and coach to strengthen team practices and delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality.
• Maintain transparency into project health, milestones, and decisions.
• Build and manage client relationships and translate requirements to actionable work.
• Facilitate planning, prioritization, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose mitigation and options to leadership.
• Translate technical concepts for business audiences and ensure alignment.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and external partners; ensure quality and timelines.
• Mentor project staff and support Agile delivery improvements.
