Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field or commensurate experience in technology delivery, project/program management.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience coaching Agile practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and delivering complex technology projects through the full SDLC.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects with focus on client needs and value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across SDLC and multiple disciplines.
• Act as Agile expert and coach, improving team practices and delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies while ensuring quality.
• Maintain transparency into project health, milestones, and decisions.
• Build strong client relationships and translate requirements into actionable work for technical teams.
• Mentor staff and promote continuous improvement across teams.
