Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or commensurate experience; Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex tech projects through SDLC.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and coaching teams in Agile principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects ensuring value and outcomes.
• Coordinate across engineering, architecture, UX, QA, DevOps, data, and product teams.
• Coach and apply Agile principles; tailor practices to projects and clients.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality across projects.
• Build strong client relationships and translate needs into actionable work for teams.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and technology modernization with clients.
• Mentor junior staff and support career development within teams.
• Oversee contracting and collaboration with vendors and partners.
