Responsibilities include planning project stages, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, and maintaining program documentation to inform leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• Plan, initiate and manage IT projects with oversight of scope and timelines.
• Lead and guide technical staff across project lifecycle.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical stakeholders for projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
• Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards and cost targets are met.
• Consult with client to ensure conformity to project/contractual obligations.
• Approve documentation standards, system specs, feasibility and justification reports.
• Establish PM plans and technical specs; document progress to management and customers.
