Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. provides DevSecOps and Agile IT support for US Coast Guard systems. The team develops, tests, and documents software, analyzes user needs, and designs solutions to optimize operations.

It supports full lifecycle engineering, cloud services, and modern tooling, while coordinating with clients and leading teams as required. The role demands strong experience in Azure, Kubernetes, AD services, and project leadership within an Agile DevSecOps environment, with eligibility for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or associate degree in computer science, math, information technology, engineering, or related field or IT certification.
Six (6) years' experience in software requirements, design, code, testing, and lifecycle.
Six (6) years of experience in Windows Azure software development.
In-depth knowledge of AD, Certificate Services, Azure AD integrations, and cloud services.
Six (6) years of program/project level experience for software design.
Six (6) years in an Agile DevSecOps software development environment and methodologies.
Six (6) years of experience with Kubernetes, Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket or equivalent.
Must be able to obtain a favorable Tier 1 for unclassified systems and hold Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, troubleshoot, and document computer applications or utilities.
Analyze user needs and design software solutions.
Design or customize software to optimize operational efficiency.
Participate in all phases of software engineering including design, analysis, and modeling.
Define design specifications and resolve hardware/software interface issues.
Acquire requirements and research emerging technologies impacting software execution.
Translate design into software; test, debug, and refine the product.
Prepare program- and user-level documentation.
Provide technical direction to programmers to meet deadlines.
Maintain technical documentation and SOPs; customize applications as needed.
Research emerging technologies and support integration testing across systems.
Provide client support and serve as liaison; present to clients as needed.
May lead tasks/teams and enforce standards; deliver software systems on time.
