Job summary

Integral is seeking an IT Project Manager, Journeyman to provide DevSecOps and Agile IT support for the US Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center ISD portfolio.

You will plan, initiate and manage IT projects, coordinate with business and technical teams, and ensure milestones, cost targets and documentation standards are met. A relevant degree or PMP and a secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree or IT certification (PMP) and 2 years of applicable experience.
• 2 years' experience with change management and process improvements.
• Familiar with all phases of the SDLC ( identification, design, development, implementation, maintenance ).
• Must be able to obtain a favorable Tier 1 for unclassified systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects; lead technical staff.
• Plan project stages and monitor progress against deadlines and cost targets.
• Consult with the client to ensure conformity to project obligations; assist analysis and design.
• Approve documentation standards and system specifications.
• Develop procedures to implement policy decisions and oversee productivity improvements.
• Establish and maintain technical and financial reports for management and customers.
• Organize and assign responsibilities and oversee completion of IT tasks.
• Ensure PMPs and Technical Specifications Plan are developed and implemented.
