Job summary

Integral Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an IT Project Manager, Journeyman to support US Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center ISD portfolio with DevSecOps and Agile IT services. You will plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, guiding technical staff and serving as a bridge between business and technical teams.

The role requires knowledge of SDLC, change management, and a Secret Clearance. Candidates should have a relevant degree or PMP certification, with experience leading information

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Computer Science, Math, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or related field or at minimum IT Certification (PMP).
• Two years' experience with change management and process improvements.
• Familiar with all phases of the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
• Must be able to obtain a favorable Tier 1 for unclassified systems.
• Leadership or task management experience on IS engineering or systems integration projects preferred.
• Requires Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects; lead technical staff and liaise between business and technical aspects.
• Plan project stages and monitor progress to meet deadlines, standards, and costs.
• Consult with client to ensure conformity to project and contractual obligations; assist design and development of new systems.
• Approve documentation standards, system specs, feasibility and justification reports, and policy recommendations.
• Develop and install procedures to implement policy decisions and productivity improvements.
• Maintain technical and financial reports to show project progress to management and customers.
• Organize and assign responsibilities to team members and oversee completion of IT tasks.
• Ensure development and implementation of Program Management Plans and Technical Specifications.
