Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Software Developer (Agile / DevSecOps) to perform secure software development, sustainment, and modernization for complex government systems both in unclassified and classified environments. The role requires active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility for classified work, and DoD 8140/8570.01-M CE certification within six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to speak/read/write English.
• Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI eligibility for classified work.
• DoD 8140/8570.01-M baseline certification with CE within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, secure, and deploy software increments each sprint (≤4 weeks).
• Elicit and document user stories with acceptance criteria and manage backlog.
• Develop in Government-approved languages (e.g., .NET, Java, C#, C++, PHP, JavaScript).
• Apply secure coding, static/dynamic analysis, and threat modeling to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Sustain and modernize applications across government data centers and cloud.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment in government data centers and cloud.
