Qualifications

• 3–7 years serving as Scrum Master, Agile Lead, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and tracking follow-up actions.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
