Job summary

Maximus is a global organisation that delivers health and employment services with a focus on impact and value. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to enable cross-functional squads to deliver reliably, while maintaining quality, security and operational readiness.

You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear delivery dashboards to stakeholders. Strong communication and agile leadership are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
Experience in agile, digital or technology delivery environments.
Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder-influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach squads in agile principles and ensure value delivery.
Identify, manage and remove delivery impediments; balance pace, quality and resilience.
Mentor team members and stakeholders in agile practices; drive continuous improvement.
Use metrics (throughput, lead time, cycle time, WIP, aging) to identify risks and improve flow.
Build relationships across technology and Maximus to support planning and decisions.
Promote DevOps, continuous-delivery, automation and responsible AI-enabled practices.
Maintain delivery information in the platform as a single source of truth and escalate where needed.
