• Mentor squad members, product owners and stakeholders in agile practices and problem-solving.
• Use delivery metrics to identify risks and provide meaningful dashboards and insights.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams to maintain focus on value.
• Identify and remove impediments, support planning and cross-squad coordination.
• Mentor team members and stakeholders in agile practices and improvement actions.
• Use throughput, lead time, cycle time and quality metrics to monitor performance.
