Insight Global is seeking a driven Junior Project Manager/Business Analyst/Data Analyst to bridge business needs with technical teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

The role focuses on gathering requirements from sales, finance, and operations, translating them into actionable user stories, and coordinating cross-functional deliverables. You will support dashboards, reports, and BI solutions while presenting status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting projects in PM/BA/DA roles.
• 2+ years gathering business requirements from stakeholders.
• 2+ years coordinating cross-functional projects and tracking deliverables.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting and analytics requirements from sales, finance, and operations.
• Translate business requests into clear requirements and user stories for data/technical teams.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communications.
• Track project milestones, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Support the development and delivery of dashboards, reports, and BI solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, backlog discussions, and sprint planning.
