Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a driven Junior Project Manager/Business Analyst/Data Analyst to bridge business needs with technical teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

The role focuses on gathering requirements from sales, finance, and operations, translating them into actionable user stories, and coordinating cross-functional deliverables. You will support dashboards, reports, and BI solutions while presenting status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting projects in PM/BA/DA roles.
• 2+ years gathering business requirements from stakeholders.
• 2+ years coordinating cross-functional projects and tracking deliverables.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting and analytics requirements from sales, finance, and operations.

Job Description

This individual will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical data teams, helping ensure data initiatives align with business objectives. The role focuses heavily on gathering requirements, facilitating communication across global teams, tracking project progress, and supporting the delivery of dashboards, reporting solutions, and business insights. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with sales, finance, and operational teams while translating business needs into actionable requirements for technical resources. Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills are critical in this fast-paced Agile environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations to gather reporting and analytics requirements
• Translate business requests into clear requirements and user stories for data and technical teams
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communications
• Track project milestones and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Support the development and delivery of dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, backlog discussions, and sprint planning sessions
• Work with global teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution
• Develop executive-ready presentations and status updates using PowerPoint and Excel

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting projects as a Junior Project Manager, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements and working directly with business stakeholders
• 2+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional projects and tracking deliverables
• Strong experience creating presentations and project updates using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong experience manipulating, organizing, and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment
