Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Contract Product Owner to lead a defined data product area from Charlotte, NC. The role blends business authority with hands-on backlog ownership and agile delivery, including defining requirements and acceptance criteria.

Ideal candidates have expertise in data products, governance, and stakeholder collaboration, with familiarity in Jira and regulatory compliance in highly regulated environments. Hybrid work enables 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

• Establish and monitor goals, KPIs, and value measures.
• Own and prioritize the product area backlog.
• Ensure transparency of all work items.
• Define features, user stories, business readiness stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Refine backlog items into actionable and testable work.
• Accept completed user stories.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration.

• Position type: Contract
• Duration: 12+ months
• Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite & 2 days WFH)
• This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $57 - $62 per hour
