Position type: Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite & 2 days WFH)

As an Agile Data Product Owner you will:

• Serve as the business authority for a defined data product area.
• Define, document, and prioritize software requirements.
• Support SDLC deliverable approvals.
• Develop and communicate product vision, priorities, goals, and strategy.
• Partner with Product Management on strategy and roadmap alignment.
• Establish and monitor goals, KPIs, and value measures.
• Own and prioritize the product area backlog.
• Ensure transparency of all work items.
• Define features, user stories, business readiness stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Refine backlog items into actionable and testable work.
• Accept completed user stories.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Referral Program: This position qualifies for a Referral Bonus amount of $250-$1000 dollars.

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range*: $57 - $62 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
