Job summary

Broadcom’s Mainframe Software Division seeks an experienced Agile leader to guide software development teams toward self-organization and high performance. You will drive change, coach teams, and partner with Product and Engineering managers to align goals and deliver value.

Responsibilities include facilitating ceremonies, removing roadblocks, and applying data-driven decisions to improve flow, velocity, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors and 5+ years of related experience
• Subject matter expert in scrum, kanban, and lean principles
• Experience working and coaching in an agile environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and Coach Teams: Facilitate growth of software development teams to become self-organized, high-performing and sustainable.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying enhancement areas and guiding changes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with Product Managers, Engineering Managers and team leaders.
• Remove Roadblocks: Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress to maintain value delivery.
• Agile Metrics and Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor flow metrics, velocity, cycle time to drive improvements.
• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups with transparency.
• Champion Agile Practices: Promote best practices across teams and the organization.
