Job summary

VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a Senior Agile Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-scale agile adoption across multiple teams. The role requires coaching, governance, and the design of cross-team frameworks to accelerate delivery health and value realization.

You will partner with engineering leadership to embed data-backed decision-making, establish robust metrics, and foster an environment of psychological safety and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated scaled agile experience.
• Proficiency in DORA metrics and their improvement.
• Experience challenging and changing organizational structures to improve effectiveness.
• Proven ability to build and sustain psychological safety within teams.
• Ability to conduct executive-level conversations using delivery data and constraint analysis.
• Advanced English fluency.

• Coach entire organizations and programs to drive agile transformation.
• Design and execute multi-team agile transformation programs with measurable milestones.
• Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership providing data-backed input on delivery health.
• Design ADO structure for multi-team environments including area paths and dependency tracking.
• Implement cross-team sprint synchronization and overall retrospectives.
• Lead and influence vendor teams and internal organizational structures.
• Design and implement a comprehensive metrics framework covering flow, stability (DORA), and quality.
• Shift engineering culture from output-focused to outcome-focused.
• Facilitate difficult organizational conversations between PMO, vendors, and leadership.
• Mentor and build Scrum Master capability in junior and mid-level SMs.
