Job summary

GeBBS Consulting seeks an Enterprise Agile Coach to drive enterprise-wide transformation and SAFe training across platform teams. You will guide internal groups toward a product mindset and respond to organizational needs with Lean and Agile expertise.

The role includes leading approximately 2–3 Agile Release Trains (ARTs), coaching teams, and embedding SAFe practices into platform operations. Hybrid work with weekly onsite in Reston, VA is expected.

Qualifications

10+ years of Agile and Lean experience.

5+ years of SAFe enablement and training experience.

GeBBS Consulting is a healthcare technology professional services and consulting firm based in Towson, Maryland servicing clients throughout the US. We are celebrating our 28th year in business. We have two divisions: 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). GeBBS Consulting has over two decades of experience supporting healthcare clients throughout the US.

Summary:

Our client is looking for an Enterprise Agile Coach to support enterprise-wide transformation and SAFe training and enablement across platform teams. The Agile Coach will guide internal groups in adopting a product mindset and responding effectively to organizational needs.

The ideal candidate will leverage deep Agile and Lean expertise, SAFe coaching and training experience, and SPC certification to drive enterprise adoption and embed SAFe practices into platform operations. The Agile Coach will lead approximately 2-3 Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

Location

Hybrid, maximum once a week onsite, with potentially 2-6 consecutive days onsite each quarter in Reston, VA. Candidates must reside in the DC, MD, and VA area.
