Stellent IT LLC in Reston, VA is seeking an Agile Coach to drive enterprise-wide lean Agile enablement and transformation. The role requires coaching across teams, programs, and leadership to implement SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban practices.

Travel and in-person rounds will be minimal, with hybrid office presence in DMV region. The candidate should have SPC certification, SAFe training experience, and 10+ years in lean/agile leadership, including 5+ years in SAFe implementation.

Formación

• 10+ years lean/agile experience.
• 5+ years SAFe/agile implementation experience and leading agile transformations.
• SPC Active certification mandatory.
• Training experience on SAFe framework mandatory.
• Healthcare background is a plus.
• AWS/AI deployments experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Champions enterprise-wide lean agile adoption and continued improvement across the organization. Works with peers and management to define and refine the enterprise agile vision, drives the organization-wide lean agile enablement/transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Provides coaching to teams and programs on Lean Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc, maturing agile mindset and coaching key roles to achieve business results.
• Organizes workshops and presentations to promote agile maturity; conducts training on release planning, backlog grooming, story writing, roles/responsibilities, ceremonies and best practices.
• Remains current with industry trends to identify characteristics of high performing teams and improve business agility.
