Nexiva Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach with SAFe 6 certification to guide Agile transformation across a healthcare organization. You will coach teams and leadership, drive maturity, and lead enterprise-wide Agile initiatives.

The role requires deep SAFe experience, strong facilitation, and the ability to operate across multiple product streams in a hybrid DMV-area environment. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Agile, 5+ years coaching, and a background in healthcare data

Qualifications

10+ years of Agile experience including 5+ years as an Agile Coach.
SAFe coaching and training across large programs.
Experience with Scrum, Lean and enterprise Agile transformation.

Responsibilities

Coach teams and leadership to improve Agile maturity and delivery.
Drive enterprise-wide Agile transformation across multiple product streams.
Lead SAFe ceremonies, training programs and coaching engagements.
Collaborate with healthcare data platform teams to align Agile practices.

Location: Reston, VA & Washington, DC - Hybrid

Duration: 12+ Months

Work Type: Contract-to-Hire

Interview: 2 video rounds + final onsite in Reston

Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach with SAFe 6 certification to coach teams, train leadership, and drive Agile transformation across a healthcare organization.

Key Requirements:

SAFe 6 SPC certification required.
10+ years of Agile experience, including 5+ years as an Agile Coach.
5+ years of SAFe training and coaching experience.
Strong experience with Scrum, SAFe, Lean, and enterprise Agile transformation.
Digital product experience; healthcare or data platforms preferred.
Ability to coach teams and leadership, improve Agile maturity, and drive continuous improvement.
AI or AWS experience is a plus.

Important:

Must be local to the DMV (DC/MD/VA).
Must be available for in-person training and the final onsite interview.
Enterprise-wide coaching experience across multiple product streams is required.
