The role emphasizes coaching across the organization, using Agile metrics to improve delivery and aligning Agile efforts with enterprise strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Agile coaching experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proven experience with Agile/Product Transformations.
• Enterprise-wide Agile transformation experience in large, complex environments.
• Experience driving cultural transformation at scale.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum & Kanban.
