Job summary

InterSources Inc. is seeking an experienced Agile Coach in New York City to drive Agile adoption, transformation, and enterprise-level delivery across Client-IT. You will coach teams, influence leaders, and push cultural changes to raise Agile maturity in a large, complex environment.

The role requires mentoring product teams and stakeholders, facilitating trainings and ceremonies, and aligning delivery with business objectives. A consultative, non-managerial approach will be essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach / Enterprise Agile Coach / Transformation Coach.
• Experience guiding Agile adoption and enterprise transformation in large, complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile methodologies, and Agile metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor product teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
• Support large-scale Agile transformation and enterprise Agile maturity initiatives.
• Coach teams using Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
• Facilitate Agile training sessions, workshops, ceremonies, and transformation initiatives.
