Ariel Partners is seeking an Agile Coach to support delivery teams in adopting agile practices and Lean/Agile methodologies. This fully remote role strengthens governance, transparency, and staff coaching across an enterprise digital service delivery program.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on agile coaching, experience enabling agile delivery and portfolio processes, and Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach or equivalent, plus an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant agile coaching duties and responsibilities.
• Experience enabling agile delivery, establishing agile portfolio processes, and supporting organizational adoption of agile and lean practices.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams and stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and develop staff coaching capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Enable delivery teams to adopt agile practices and perform development activities.
• Establish processes for managing a portfolio of work using agile approaches.
• Drive strategic organizational change to support adoption of agile techniques.
• Embed an agile culture using techniques from a range of agile and lean methodologies and frameworks.
• Use coaching, advising, workshops, and mentoring to help teams and stakeholders apply relevant tools and techniques.
• Enable stakeholders to access accurate, current project and program status without disrupting delivery teams.
• Apply appropriate tools and techniques to team roles, behaviors, structure, culture, agile ceremonies and practices, and knowledge transfer and sharing.
• Support program management, cross-team coordination, and governance of digital service delivery.
• Ensure that key metrics and requirements supporting teams and delivery are well defined and maintained.
• Equip staff with the skills and ability to coach others.
• When assigned at the organizational level, coach executives on the fundamental considerations of digital service delivery design.

The Agile Coach helps delivery teams adopt agile practices and supports organizational change in digital service delivery. This fully remote role coaches teams and stakeholders, establishes Agile portfolio processes, and builds an agile culture using Lean and Agile methodologies. The coach strengthens coordination, governance, and visibility into delivery progress while developing staff members' ability to coach others. The position supports all task areas.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5years of relevant experience directly related to the agile coaching duties and responsibilities described above.
• Experience enabling agile delivery, establishing agile portfolio processes, and supporting organizational adoption of agile and lean practices.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams and stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and develop staff members' coaching capabilities.
• Experience supporting delivery metrics, requirements, status visibility, cross-team coordination, and governance.
• Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach certification or equivalent.

Minimum Education

• Undergraduate degree required.
