Job summary

Cloud and Things in NYC is seeking an Agile Coach to support our NYC client by coaching product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and enterprise transformation initiatives. This exempt role strengthens delivery practices, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational Agile maturity while aligning outcomes with business objectives and the IT strategy.

The position is hybrid in NYC for 12 months with potential extension and starts around 10/1/2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 8+ years of Agile coaching experience.
• Proven experience coaching Agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scale.
• Certified Agile Coach (ICP‑ACC, ICP‑ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation initiatives.
• Coach teams on Agile frameworks and delivery practices, including Scrum and Kanban, to improve collaboration, flow, and delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile training sessions, workshops, team ceremonies, and transformation activities across a large, complex environment.
• Implement and reinforce Agile best practices, tools, and metrics to support data-informed decision‑making and continuous performance improvement.
• Partner with teams and leadership in a consultative capacity to support change management, cultural transformation, organizational alignment, and enterprise-wide Agile maturity.
