Job summary

Amazon AGI is seeking a Principal PMT-ES to own the strategy and delivery of externally-launched AI services for AWS customers. You’ll define service design, adoption, and scale, working across science, engineering, and GTM to turn research into production AWS services.

You will drive pricing, packaging, and adoption, partner with teams to balance tradeoffs, and own the P&L and operational health of your service(s).

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT) experience.
Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products end-to-end (concept through GTM).

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for customer-facing AI service(s) within the AGI organization.
Define how SOTA AI capabilities become generally-available AWS services.
Drive the full product lifecycle from concept through public launch through growth, including pricing and adoption strategy.
Partner with science and engineering teams to balance capabilities and timelines.
Engage with customers and field teams to shape the roadmap and validate product-market fit.
Own the P&L, business metrics, and operational health of your service(s).
Represent the product to AWS leadership with crisp narratives (PRFAQs, pricing docs, strategy docs, reviews).
