Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a hands-on production leader to oversee daily production and maintenance, ensuring safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with supply chain, monitor inventory, and analyze data to drive continuous improvements in quarry, plant and logistics operations. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operational excellence across the site.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee daily the production / maintenance requirements to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely materials procurement.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
