Heidelberg Materials Midwest Agg, Inc. is seeking an operations leader to oversee daily production and maintenance, ensuring efficiency and quality.

You will implement safety protocols, train and supervise staff, and coordinate with supply chain to assure timely material procurement. We value a proven track record in aggregates, strong decision-making for quarry, plant, and logistics priorities, and a deep commitment to safety and regulatory compliance in a high-hazard environment.
