Heidelberg Materials Southeast Agg LLC is seeking a motivated participant for its 18-24 month Aggregates Management Trainee Program in Duluth, GA. The program offers hands-on rotations across operations, maintenance, safety, quality, and business functions to build future leaders.

You will analyze performance metrics, drive safety and efficiency improvements, and collaborate with mentors to craft a personalized development plan while gaining exposure to multiple sites nationwide.

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Aggregates Management Trainee Program. This 18-24 month rotational program provides hands‑on experience across key operational and business functions while preparing participants for future leadership opportunities within our aggregates business.

Work Environment

Combination of office, field, quarry, and outdoor work environments. Exposure to varying weather conditions, moving equipment, and industrial settings. Frequent interaction with operations, maintenance, technical, and business teams. Travel will be required throughout the program to gain insight into different business sites and functions.
