Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in civil, mining, mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with management exposure.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a drive to learn in an operational setting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across quarry, plant, and field operations.
• Learn safety culture and regulatory requirements, including MSHA/DOT guidelines.
• Support production, maintenance, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop understanding of budgets, cost control, and financial performance.
