Job summary

CRH in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking an Aggregate Operations Manager to direct aggregate production and third-party crushing across Southeast Idaho and Wyoming.

You will lead eight managers and a team of about 50, owning safety and MSHA compliance, source planning, reserve procurement, production schedules, quality control and P&L for every location.

This role requires strong leadership and a proven track record in managing multi-site aggregates operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.
