Job summary

BARD Materials is seeking an Aggregate Production Operator to safely load materials and support our aggregate operations using a front-end loader. The role requires teamwork, attention to safety, strong reliability, and the ability to follow directions on a busy site.

You will perform routine equipment inspections, report issues promptly, assist with preventive maintenance, and help optimize material flow and stockpile management to maximize productivity while maintaining quality and strict

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment preferred.
• Previous experience in aggregate production or open pit mining a plus.
• CDL License required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate materials into trucks, hoppers, and stockpiles as directed
• Utilize equipment in a manner that maximizes productivity and minimizes downtime
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on loader equipment
• Report mechanical or maintenance issues promptly
• Assist with other mobile plant equipment operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Abide by MSHA regulations as specified in the MSHA handbook
• Follow directions and work collaboratively with the production team
