BARD Materials is seeking an Aggregate Production Operator to join the team and safely load materials while supporting aggregate production operations.

You will operate a front-end loader, follow directions, and collaborate with the production team to maximize efficiency and maintain high safety standards.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment preferred.
• CDL license required.
• Experience in aggregate production or open pit mining is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate materials into trucks, hoppers, and stockpiles as directed.
• Utilize equipment to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on loader equipment.
• Report mechanical or maintenance issues promptly and assist with other mobile plant operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations including MSHA guidelines.

BARD Material’s Aggregate Production team is seeking an Aggregate Production Operator who will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading materials and supporting aggregate production operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate materials into trucks, hoppers, and stockpiles as directed
• Utilize equipment in a manner that maximizes productivity and minimizes downtime
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on loader equipment
• Report mechanical or maintenance issues promptlyAssist with other mobile plant equipment operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Abide by MSHA regulations as specified in the MSHA handbook
• Follow directions and work collaboratively with the production team

Requirements – What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment preferred
• Previous experience in aggregate production or open pit mining operations a plus
• Ability to understand material flow and stockpile management
• CDL License required
