BARD Materials is seeking an Aggregate Production Operator to safely and efficiently load materials and support aggregate production operations. The role emphasizes safe equipment operation, adherence to MSHA rules, and collaboration with a team in a dynamic production environment.

Ideal candidates will have a CDL,High School diploma or equivalent, and prior experience with front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL License required.
• Prior experience operating a front-end loader preferred.
• Open pit mining/aggregate production experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate into trucks, hoppers and stockpiles as directed.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on loader equipment.
• Maximize productivity and minimize downtime through efficient operation.
• Promptly report mechanical or maintenance issues to the supervision team.
• Assist with other mobile plant equipment operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations including MSHA.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate materials into trucks, hoppers, and stockpiles as directed
• Utilize equipment in a manner that maximizes productivity and minimizes downtime
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on loader equipment
• Report mechanical or maintenance issues promptly
• Assist with other mobile plant equipment operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Abide by MSHA regulations as specified in the MSHA handbook
• Follow directions and work collaboratively with the production team

Requirements – What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment preferred
• Previous experience in aggregate production or open pit mining operations a plus
• Ability to understand material flow and stockpile management
• CDL License required
