Job summary

Idaho Pacific Holdings seeks an Agglomerate Line Operator to ensure products meet specifications by operating the agglomerate line and coordinating with QA and Packaging leads. You will verify weights, dates, and quality codes while supporting and training line staff in a fast-paced plant.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, recording packaging data, following safety policies, and coordinating line changes.

Qualifications

• Experience with production and packaging equipment to ensure product safety and quality.
• Ability to train and instruct others on packaging and equipment operation.
• Capability to complete paperwork and reports with basic math accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Understand responsibilities for each position and equipment function on the agglomerate line.
• Check scales and tote weights at the start and during each shift; record tote weight data.
• Identify and remove defective products or materials.
• Communicate with other shifts/departments about problems, blending needs, or line changes.
• Record all packaging information on reports and document changes in Shift Paperwork in English.
