Job summary

Idaho Pacific Holdings is seeking a Production Bagger to handle bagging, labeling, and palletizing of finished product in a very physical, hands‑on role. You will monitor scale readings, verify bag weights, and ensure correct bags, codes, and seals are used.

The job requires repetitive lifting up to 70 pounds and constant attention to safety. You will work on a 24/7 plant schedule in a manufacturing environment, with strict adherence to GMP and metal detector procedures when required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write legibly in English.
• Must be able to read scales and equipment used for weighing.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to follow operational instructions.

Responsibilities

• Bag finished product and stack on pallets according to specs.
• Observe scale readings and ensure bag weight accuracy.
• Seal bags with heated glue sealer and align for proper seal.
• Lift bagged product off conveyor and palletize.
• Check bags, labels, and printouts for correctness and legibility.
• Report problems to the Shift Manager and maintain a clean work area.
• Comply with safety regulations and GMP practices.
