Job summary

Chariot is building modern, end-to-end payment infrastructure to simplify donors’ and nonprofits’ lives. You will help design and implement AI-driven internal tools, pick architectures, and ship practical workflows for growth and operations.

You will work directly with senior leadership, translating strategy into automated processes and prototype tools to scale philanthropy online. This is an in-person role in NYC with occasional remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Engineering, Growth Product Management or technical RevOps.
• Proficient in Python, JS, SQL and APIs.
• Experience building with OpenClaw, Claude Managed Agents and Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Write code, build AI agents, and assemble internal systems from v1 to v100 or from scratch.
• Architect and orchestrate a set of agents that run in production.
• Translate strategy into automated workflows, programmatic outbound, and custom internal tools.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into workflows.
