Job summary

GreenLite, NYC-based, seeks a seasoned AI engineer to lead the design and deployment of production agents for automated construction plan reviews. You will drive data strategy, implement agent workflows, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and city planners to accelerate permit approvals.

You will help shape long‑term data architecture, govern safety and compliance, and mentor junior engineers while delivering high‑reliability AI systems in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with LangGraph and Strands Agents for complex workflows.
• 7–12+ years building high‑reliability backend or ML systems (Python/TypeScript).
• Production chops in cloud (AWS), containers, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Familiarity with RAG, vector stores and code/text knowledge management.
• Ability to design auditable tests and guardrails for safety and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design & ship production agents with multi‑step graphs using LangGraph.
• Operationalize on Bedrock AgentCore with secure hosting and APIs.
• Build evaluation harnesses, include success metrics, latency, and guardrails.
• Wiring agents to building‑code knowledge via RAG and vector stores.
• Collaborate with Product/Design on agent‑first reviewer UX in LiteTable.
• Develop fault‑tolerant flows, dashboards, and on‑call playbooks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers on agent patterns.
