Responsibilities

• Analyze product, customer, and digital experience data to identify trends and insights.
• Assist in preparing datasets that support analytics, reporting, and personalization initiatives.
• Support data cleansing, transformation, and validation processes to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Document data flows and integration points between platforms and digital applications.
• Analyze APIs, product data feeds, and service integrations across ecosystems.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure data is structured and accessible across digital experiences.
• Define standards for Agent Communication Protocols (ACP) and API readiness.
• Expose endpoints with engineering to support AI agent interaction.
• Ensure feeds support real-time decisioning (inventory, pricing, shipping logic).
• Build scalable frameworks for AI-assisted transactions.
• Optimize structured data for RAG environments.
• Align semantic layer with markup layer with GEO and content teams.
• Reduce friction between presentation and structured layers.
• Implement structured data QA and monitoring frameworks.
• Identify gaps affecting citation or recommendation logic.
• Establish governance standards for structured updates across markets.
• Ensure APIs and outputs comply with privacy, compliance, and brand safety.
• Collaborate with legal and security teams to assess risk in agentic integrations.
• Support structuring of product and customer data for analytics, personalization, and AI use cases.
• Identify opportunities where data enhances decision-making and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with data teams to improve data accessibility across digital channels.
