Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a consultant to design and deliver agentic commerce transformations for technology clients. You will help organizations adapt to AI-powered agents, conversational interfaces, and intelligent systems shaping product discovery, evaluation, and transactions.

You will coordinate across strategy, digital experience, content, platform integration, and data teams to optimize products, data, and channels for AI-driven customer journeys and ecosystem partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product , customer , and digital experience data to identify trends and insights.
• Assist in preparing datasets that support analytics, reporting, and personalization initiatives.
• Support data cleansing, transformation, and validation processes to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Support documentation of data flows and integration points between platforms and digital applications.
• Assist in analyzing APIs, product data feeds, and service integrations used across ecosystems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data is structured and accessible across digital experiences.
• Define standards for Agent Communication Protocols (ACP) and API readiness .
• Partner with engineering to expose endpoints that support AI agent interaction .
• Ensure feeds support real-time decisioning (inventory, pricing, shipping logic) .
• Build scalable frameworks for AI-assisted transactions .
• Optimize structured data for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) environments .
• Collaborate with GEO and content teams to ensure alignment between semantic layer and markup layer .
• Reduce friction between presentation layer and structured layer .
• Implement structured data QA and monitoring frameworks .
• Identify gaps impacting citation eligibility or recommendation logic .
• Establish governance standards for structured updates across markets .
• Ensure APIs and structured outputs align with privacy, compliance, and brand safety requirements .
• Partner with legal and security teams to assess risk exposure in agentic integrations .
• Support structuring of product and customer data for analytics, personalization, and AI use cases.
• Identify opportunities where data can enhance decision-making, recommendations, and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with data teams to improve data accessibility across digital channels.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary consulting team delivering transformation initiatives for clients.
