Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager for Customer Technology – Commerce to lead Agentic Commerce workstreams and ensure AI-enabled capabilities are production-ready and securely integrated with enterprise ecosystems.

You will drive architecture across modular agent frameworks, orchestrate CI/CD and cloud deployments, and deliver end-to-end integration with CRM, CDP, payments, and order management systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale commerce and digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, or MACH stacks).
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI capabilities integrated into production systems.
• Strong knowledge of API-led, microservices-based architectures supporting distributed commerce systems.
• Experience integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and contextual memory.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Agentic Commerce workstreams from design through realization.
• Drive architecture across modular agent frameworks and commerce engines.
• Manage pods across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps with CI/CD and cloud deployments.
• Deliver integration with CRM, CDP, payments, and order management systems.
• Mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams and communicate with senior stakeholders.
