Job summary

Accenture Song – Customer Technology, Commerce is hiring an Agentic Commerce & AI Consultant to design and build AI-powered commerce solutions using Generative AI and multi-agent orchestration. You will own solution components, delivering scalable and secure deployments within client ecosystems.

You will work across data, orchestration, and cloud domains, partnering with teams to accelerate AI readiness, deployment, and measurable business value for modern commerce platforms and channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building scalable AI or data-driven systems.
• Experience deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and tool invocation.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise APIs and backend commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Agentic AI systems for intelligent decision workflows.
• Develop multi-agent architectures coordinating planners, retrievers, reasoning agents, models, and optimizers.
• Build RAG systems grounded in commerce knowledge and policies.
• Define data, knowledge, and context pipelines for agent reasoning.
• Architect orchestration pipelines with predictive models, LLM reasoning, and APIs.
• Ensure scalable integration with major commerce platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, SAP CX).
• Lead deployment using FastAPI, AWS/Azure/GCP, and Databricks; enable CI/CD.
