Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead the design and delivery of agentic commerce transformation programs for industrial clients. This role covers AI-powered agents, conversational interfaces, and intelligent systems shaping how products and services are discovered, evaluated, specified, and transacted.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams across strategy, experience, content, platform integration, data, and sales to modernize industrial buying journeys and accelerate client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, commercial strategy or technology strategy in Industrials.
• Experience leading digital transformation, customer experience, commercial strategy, or platform initiatives.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys and industrial channels.
• Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, or API-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead major workstreams mapping industrial buyers' journeys across discovery, TCO, specification, RFQ, purchase, service, and renewal.
• Identify where agent mediation creates friction or advantage, redesign journeys and operating models accordingly.
• Translate emerging agentic commerce trends into industrial use cases, GTM plays, value cases, and roadmaps.
• Advise senior client leaders on competing across direct, dealer, distributor ecosystems with AI-mediated decisions.
• Lead initiatives to improve discoverability across search and AI-enabled environments.
• Define strategies to improve content, UX, product, and platform experiences for human and machine decision-makers.
• Oversee optimization of product pages, service journeys, and pricing content to strengthen trust and conversion.
• Establish data governance and integration standards across catalogs, pricing, and service workflows.
