• Data Analysis & Preparation: Analyze product, customer, and digital experience data to identify trends and insights.

• Data Analysis & Preparation: Support data cleansing, transformation, and validation processes to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Digital Platform & Data Integration Support: Support documentation of data flows and integration points between platforms and digital applications.

• Digital Platform & Data Integration Support: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data is structured and accessible across digital experiences.
• Agent Communication & Execution Readiness: Define standards for Agent Communication Protocols (ACP) and API readiness .
