Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Agentic Senior Manager in Customer Technology – Commerce to own architecture, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce, ensuring AI-driven capabilities are production-ready and tightly integrated with enterprise ecosystems.

Lead cross-functional teams across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps; drive platform roadmaps, CI/CD, and governance while engaging C-suite stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale commerce and digital platforms with leadership at Senior Manager level.
• Experience implementing enterprise commerce platforms and agentic AI architectures.
• Experience with API-led, microservices architectures and LLM integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Agentic Commerce architecture patterns across composable and platform-led implementations.
• Translate AI-driven commerce strategy into executable roadmaps aligned to Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, and MACH ecosystems.
• Lead prototype-to-production transformations embedding agentic workflows into live commerce environments.
