Magical is seeking a skilled engineer to help design agentic workflows that combine AI prompting with our multi-agent platform. You’ll bridge customers and engineering to feed real-world feedback into platform improvements.

You’ll diagnose deployments and performance issues, ensure reliability in high-stakes environments, and build tools and docs to accelerate future rollouts at Magical.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of engineering, QA engineering, solutions engineering, or similar technical background.
• Deep interest in AI prompting, multi-agent systems, and automation; fast learner with strong fundamentals.
• Bias toward action and willingness to do whatever it takes; show > tell.
• Ability to operate effectively in early-stage chaotic environments and define playbooks.

• Design and orchestrate agentic workflows by combining AI prompting with Magical’s multi-agent platform.
• Act as a technical bridge between customers and product/engineering teams to translate feedback into improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across deployments, integrations, and performance optimizations for reliability.
• Build tools, documentation, and reference implementations to accelerate future customer rollouts.
