Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Solution Builders to act as the technical engine of a two-person delivery pod. You design and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems directly at customer sites, hands-on every day.

The role requires 4-8+ years of software engineering, hands-on LLM integration, and the ability to travel about 25% to client locations. You work with a Director, owning the build and shipping reliable software in customer environments.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of software engineering, AI delivery, or technical consulting.
• Production systems ownership and hands-on delivery.
• Hands-on LLM integration experience in production environments.
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Strong data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Autonomy to work in ambiguous customer environments.
• Clear communication of architecture decisions.
• Willingness to travel ~25% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy production-grade Agentforce solutions end-to-end.
• Design AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Own data pipelines and production AI infra across Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, and customers.
• Prototype from ambiguous requirements; prototype then engineer to production.
• Resolve data integration, orchestration, and deployment blockers.
• Ship from first commit through production handoff and customer consumption.
• Partner with Director to translate strategy into concrete technical decisions.
• Embed with customer teams to build trust through delivery quality.
