Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a hands-on Solution Builder to design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems directly at customer sites. You will work in a small two-person pod, owning the build while partnering with a Director who guides strategy and relationships.

You will implement AI agents, data pipelines, and production infra, with direct customer engagement, architectural reviews, and field-ready reference implementations. The role requires travel and a deep delivery mindset.

Qualifications

4–8+ years in software engineering, AI delivery, or technical consulting with hands-on production ownership.
Proven track record shipping production software, not just prototypes or demos.
Hands-on experience with LLM integration and agent frameworks.
Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex and related data modeling.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and deploy production-grade AI agent solutions end-to-end.
Own data pipelines, integrations, and production AI infra across platforms.
Work closely with a pod partner and Director to deliver customer-ready software.
Communicate blockers and architecture tradeoffs clearly to keep delivery aligned.
Travel to customer sites ~25% as part of delivery.
