Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Solution Builders to design and deploy production-grade agentic AI solutions directly at customer sites. You will work hands-on in a two-person pod with a director, delivering end-to-end production systems and orchestrating AI workflows across enterprise platforms.

You will own implementation, data pipelines, and architecture decisions, traveling about 25% to customer sites and delivering working software in production environments.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of software engineering, AI delivery, or technical consulting with hands-on production ownership.
• Hands-on LLM integration with agent frameworks and responsible AI in production.
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex and data modeling/ APIs.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions end-to-end.
• Design agentic AI workflows and enterprise integration patterns.
• Own data pipelines, production AI infra, and customer deployments.
• Work collaboratively with the 2-person pod and deliver working software at customer sites.
• Communicate blockers and risks clearly to keep delivery in sync.
